Bengaluru dominates the supply of active talent with skills in demand for BFSI GCCs, housing 35% of India’s BFSI GCCs and 26% of active jobseekers with skills in demand, a new report from talent solutions provider Careernet has revealed.
Hyderabad emerges as the second preferred city for BFSI GCCs establishing new centres or expanding within the country, preferred right after Bengaluru by active jobseekers to relocate to, said the report.
‘The landscape of active talent pool with skills in demand for BFSI GCCs in India’ report provides insights about the talent pool of active jobseekers with the skills sought after by BFSI GCCs in India, based on a methodology that combines Careernet’s internal data, data trends from job portals as well as career sites of leading employers. With a sample size of 2,41,623 candidates actively looking out, the analysis maps the talent supply against the skills in demand at BFSI GCCs.
