Women accounted for nearly one in three placements in CY2025, with hiring remaining stable at 33%, according to our data. Entry-level roles led with a 36% share, while senior-level hiring stood at 16%, suggesting a persistent leadership gap. On the other hand, mid-career hiring saw a marginal uptick, reflecting growing demand for experienced talent, with BFSI GCCs and metro hubs continuing to drive momentum.
“With one in three placements being women and a strong momentum in BFSI GCC hiring, along with gains at the mid-career level, targeted interventions are clearly delivering results. However, the decline in senior-level hiring highlights the need for sustained efforts to build leadership pipelines for women,” said
our CBO Neelabh Shukla.
