But Byju’s employees have it worse. Job insecurity looms like a constant threat. Despite this, they can’t just quit because the opportunities outside are scarce. Those who manage to get a job may have to take a sharp pay cut. And the recruiters are very cognisant of this. It’s not a great time to be in the job market, given the current low demand in this space.
