Careernet Group expands to the U.S., appoints Sunil Chaudhary as Partner, Longhouse, the company’s executive search arm

Talent solutions provider Careernet is expanding into the US market, the firm announced in a statement on Wednesday. To lead this expansion, Careernet has appointed Sunil Chaudhary as Partner, Longhouse, the executive search arm of the group. He has been an integral part of the early team and worked closely with the founders. Chaudhary will be based in San Francisco and drive growth across the group brands consisting of Careernet, HirePro, and Longhouse.
Chaudhary brings over 25 years of industry expertise, specialising in executive search, product leadership, and strategic growth initiatives. He has spent over 15 years of leading product management at various startups in the U.S. and a decade in executive search. Most recently, at Riviera Partners, he spearheaded product and engineering leadership searches and will now be guiding the company’s focus on enabling IT, IT Services, GCC and Startup ecosystems in the tech hubs across US with tailored solutions for leadership hiring, permanent hiring, and recruitment automation.
The US expansion has always been a cornerstone of Careernet’s growth strategy, reflecting a dual focus—empowering both US companies in India and Indian startups venturing into the US. Careernet’s US operations will focus on key tech hubs across US, offering leadership and permanent hiring solutions, automation services powered by HirePro, and leveraging the India-US talent corridor to address the challenges of US-based organisations.
