Women’s participation in flexi IT roles reaches 40 pc in FY26: Report

Women’s participation in flexi IT roles has climbed to 40% in FY26, up from ~30% in FY22, according to our data, signalling a shift toward core business functions such as finance and analytics.

“Over the past five years, women’s participation in IT/ITeS has evolved beyond just numbers to the kinds of roles they are choosing. Finance and accounting lead the mix, signalling that this is no longer a peripheral participation story.
